We
accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make
purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and
telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card
bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in
processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of
your order.
This
site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned
and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we're not
responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any
such site.
We
accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company
checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a
money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please
allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before
the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a
product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a
$25 fee on all returned checks.
For
a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all
products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are
unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become
available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for
products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping
charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you
on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be
applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
When
placing your order you will be prompted to insert your shipping and
billing address which will determine the total cost of
shipping(excluding VAT/Tax for International orders). Please check all
typing for errors before execution so they may be detected and
corrected before executing the contract. Your information will be
stored(CC info will not be saved) and if you set up an account you will
be able to access your order. Your receipt of an electronic or other
form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your
order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Skybelts LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order
to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than
the quantity you ordered of any item.
You
may also submit your order by phone or e-mail. Your order amounts to
an offer to us to enter into a purchase agreement. The contract is
entered into through the dispatch of our order confirmation or of the
goods. Should an ordered item be unavailable we shall be released from
the contractual obligation to carry out delivery. Offers on our part are
subject to confirmation. The following time limit for cancellation of
the purchase agreement is unaffected by this and the time limit for
returns also remains unaltered. The contractual partner is SkyBelts,LLC.
These Conditions will
supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase
order, regardless of whether SkyBelts signs them or not. We reserve the
right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any
time.Contracts entered into with us shall in all cases be governed by US
law, even where there is an overseas element.
We
will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship
the same day if ordered before 1:00PM, or by the next business day if
your order is received after this time and for orders received on
Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when
the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling
your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have
ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
We
keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a
purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit
card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this
information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders
and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of
current promotions, specials and new additions to the SkyBelts site. You
may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe
instructions in any email you receive from us.

shopping cart at any time.

policy. Our Store is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
We
will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to
defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date
you receive your purchase, 60 days for international orders. Fulfillment
mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to
you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the day you receive
your purchase, 60 days for International. If for some reason you would
like to return your order, we will accept returns within 30 days from receipt of order, 60 days for International. Item(s) should be returned
unused and in their original condition and packaging for a full refund
for International orders and less shipping cost(US only). However, we do
not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, which include initial
rhinestone buckles and larger custom size belts. we will guarantee your
product under normal use for 90 days.
Shipping
Time -- Most orders received before 1:00PM(PST) will ship the same day,
provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after
1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or
shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping
or transit time offered to you by SkyBelts or other parties only as an
estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays
caused by shipping or product availability. For International orders
please allow 7-14 days.
Our
Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax
for orders to be delivered to addresses within WASHINGTON STATE. For
orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales
taxes or other taxes. For International orders please contact your
local customs to determine if any taxes or VAT will be applied.
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has
already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our
Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in
the amount of the incorrect price
You may cancel your acceptance of the contract in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) within 14days without specifying the reasons for cancellation or, where the goods are delivered to you prior to the expiry of that period, by returning the item. The month’s time limit commences upon arrival of the goods and receipt of the written notice of the cancellation right. For the purposes of the cancellation period it is sufficient that either the cancellation is sent promptly in writing (by e-mail, fax, letter etc.) or that the item is promptly returned. The cancellation right does not arise in the case of distance contracts for the delivery of goods which have been manufactured to clients’ specifications or tailored specifically to individual requirements.
Where cancellation is effective both parties are to be returned to their original position and any benefits derived must be surrendered. If you are unable, either in full or in part, to return the goods received or are only able to return them in worse condition you are obliged to pay an appropriate amount of compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of items where the damage to the item’s condition is solely due to the testing of the same – as you might have been able to do at a retail outlet. You may otherwise avoid the obligation to pay compensation for impairment of the goods resulting from having begun to use them in accordance with their purpose by refraining from using the item as if it belonged to you or from doing anything which might affect its value. Goods which are capable of shipping by postal package must be returned to us, at our risk and cost. Goods which are not capable of shipping by postal package will be collected from your location. Obligations to make payments must be satisfied within 30 days’ time. The period begins to run for you at such time as you dispatch your notice of cancellation or the goods, for us it begins to run at such time as we receive your notice or the goods.
